2023年12月28日,揚(yáng)州大學(xué)園藝園林學(xué)院繆旻珉教授團(tuán)隊(duì)在《Plants》雜志以“The Sink-Source Relationship in Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) Is Modulated by DNA Methylation”為題發(fā)表研究論文,研究基于全基因組重亞硫酸鹽測(cè)序(whole-genome bisulfite sequencing)繪制了不同庫(kù)(sink)強(qiáng)度黃瓜葉片的表觀遺傳基因組圖譜,分析了DNA甲基化在黃瓜植物中如何影響“源—庫(kù)”關(guān)系,進(jìn)而可能影響植物產(chǎn)量。易基因科技為本研究提供WGBS建庫(kù)測(cè)序分析技術(shù)服務(wù)。
